Slingsby

In the shelter of the Howardian Hills, home to Castle Howard, and within easy reach of York, the East Coast and the North Yorkshire Moors, is the picturesque village of Slingsby.

Slingsby is 16 miles north east of the historic city of York. It is 6 miles west of the market town of Malton on the B1257. A frequent bus service runs from Malton where there is a railway station. Taxis are also available from Malton station and the town centre.
